This program is designed for technology professionals and senior leaders who are responsible for, or are influencing, enterprise-wide technology and AI decisions. It is particularly relevant for leaders operating across technology leadership, AI strategy and enterprise transformation, as well as those preparing to assume broader chief technology and AI officer responsibilities that require engagement at the board level.
Whether the Chief Technology and AI Officer Program is worth it depends on your personal and professional goals, preferred learning format, geography and leadership scope. For senior leaders seeking to scale AI technology, strengthen enterprise-level strategy and translate AI adoption into measurable business outcomes, the program offers a structured experience, combining online modules, an in-person immersion and engagement with a senior peer cohort, to support thoughtful, enterprise-level decision-making.
This is not a technical training course. The Chief Technology and AI Officer Program is designed as an executive program that focuses on how leaders lead AI strategy, govern AI systems and guide enterprise transformation. Learning is anchored in enterprise contexts through faculty-led discussions and on-campus immersion. The program includes applied sessions and exposure to broader business and innovation ecosystems, focusing on practical experience rather than just theory-based instruction.
Many professionals progress into the chief technology and AI officer role through senior leadership across technology, data and transformation functions, often over time and across contexts. The Chief Technology and AI Officer Program is designed to support leaders at this stage by offering space to examine enterprise-level strategy, leadership judgment and board-level considerations, alongside peers facing similar scope and complexity, rather than positioning itself as a direct pathway or credential for the role.
The Chief Technology and AI Officer Program is designed to support leaders in navigating the intersection of AI strategy and enterprise execution. It enables participants to examine how AI initiatives are framed, prioritized and governed at scale, focusing on leadership decisions around strategy, operating models and organizational constraints that shape how execution unfolds in complex enterprises.
The Chief Technology and AI Officer Program is designed to enable leaders to examine enterprise transformation and AI adoption as organizational and leadership challenges. Through faculty-led discussion and peer exchange, participants explore how technology strategy aligns with business strategy, how AI-driven organizations evolve and how leaders guide change responsibly within legacy systems and governance environments.
The on-campus immersion is designed to create a dedicated space for enterprise-level reflection and exchange. By stepping away from day-to-day operational demands, participants engage with faculty and peers in an in-person academic setting to examine complex technology and AI decision contexts, deepen their perspective on enterprise-level strategy and AI systems and test leadership assumptions through dialogue.
